The service
Home CoHost co-hosts Airbnb listings in Houston, Harris, Fort Bend, Waller, Brazoria, and Austin County. The site describes that service. A co-hosting job starts only when you and Home CoHost make a separate agreement. The pages on this site are not that agreement.
Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 to use the site or to ask us to co-host a listing.
Fees
The fees shown on the site are the fees offered there. If a separate agreement states a different fee, that agreement controls.
Using the site
Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with the site, or to pretend to be Home CoHost or another person. Do not use automated tools to collect information from the site when those tools ignore our technical limits.
Site content
The text, photos, and layout on the site belong to Home CoHost or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without permission.
No guarantee of results
The site is provided in its current form. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Listing results depend on the property, the calendar, and Airbnb. The site does not promise a particular income.

Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. A dispute that we do not resolve directly will be handled in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
